Order Processing

Once an order is placed on marywoolf.com, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Marywoolf is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Shipping & Delivery

Marywoolf partners with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of handbags, tote bags, and other bag products worldwide.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Remote areas may require additional transit time

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status using the provided tracking number.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Marywoolf has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict or guarantee additional charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact customercare@marywoolf.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a suitable resolution.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must notify us within 5 business days. Marywoolf will assist in initiating a carrier investigation; however, we are not responsible for lost packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.

Returns & Exchanges

Marywoolf accepts returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

To initiate a return, customers must contact customercare@marywoolf.com with their order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Marywoolf will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain promotional or clearance items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized or personalized products are also non-returnable unless defective.

Marywoolf reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
